Classes of Support
Assist Access/ Maintain Employment
We support you to explore work goals, build work-readiness skills, and maintain routines that help you succeed in employment. This may include support with confidence building, communication, developing daily structure, and staying consistent with work commitments.
Assist – Life Stage, Transition
Life changes can feel overwhelming — we’re here to make transitions smoother. We support you through changes such as moving home, building new routines, transitioning to new services, or developing more independent living skills, always at a pace that feels right for you.
Assist – Personal Activities
We provide respectful assistance with day-to-day personal tasks to help you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Our focus is on dignity and choice — supporting you in the way you prefer while building confidence and independence over time.
Assist – Travel/Transport
We help you travel safely and confidently to appointments, community events, shopping, and social activities. Our goal is to make it easier for you to attend what matters, stay connected, and maintain an active routine.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living
We assist with daily routines at home and support participants in shared living environments. This includes help with planning daily activities, maintaining routines, supporting independence in the home, and creating a stable lifestyle that supports wellbeing.
Innovative Community Participation
We support you to engage in the community in a meaningful way — whether that’s trying new activities, building social confidence, learning new skills, or joining programs that improve independence and connection. This service is great for developing confidence outside the home.
Development – Life Skills
Our capacity-building support focuses on improving everyday living skills and confidence. This can include cooking basics, budgeting, time management, communication skills, social skills, and learning routines that support independent living.
Household Tasks
We assist with household tasks that support a safe and comfortable living environment. This can include cleaning, tidying, laundry support, and general home maintenance tasks — helping you stay organised and reduce day-to-day stress.
Participate Community
We help you take part in social and community life — attending events, joining groups, visiting local places, building friendships, and staying connected. Our supports focus on inclusion, confidence, and creating a routine that keeps you engaged.
Group / Centre-Based Activities
We offer structured group programs and centre-based activities designed to improve social connection, confidence, and wellbeing. These activities can support communication, teamwork, learning, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.
