Yes — we can help with confidence, routines, life skills, and pathways into work or community programs.
4) What if I’m anxious about change?
That’s very common. We support you at your pace with small steps and consistent guidance.
5) Can you help me learn independent living skills?
Yes — cooking basics, budgeting, public transport practice, appointment planning, and more.
6) Do you work with families and carers too?
Yes, with your consent, we can involve family/nominees so everyone is on the same page.
7) How often can I use this support?
It depends on your plan and goals. Some people use weekly sessions; others use it around specific transitions.
8) Can I choose my support worker?
Yes. Choice and fit matter — we’ll match based on your preferences.
9) Is this support only for big transitions?
No — even smaller transitions (new routine, new program, new skill goals) can be supported.
