Participate Community
Feeling connected to your community improves confidence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Participate Community is an NDIS support that helps participants take part in social and community activities — so you can build relationships, enjoy new experiences, and live a more active, fulfilling life.
At Empower Independence Care, we support you to get out and about safely, engage in meaningful activities, and build independence in the community — at your pace and based on what you enjoy.
